Maxime Training Company – Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

  • All sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance through our scheduling platform.

  • Payment is due after the completion of each training session, unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Accepted payment methods include Venmo, Square, or Zelle.

  • Training services are non-transferable and may not be shared with others.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

  • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee or charged in full.

  • Exceptions may be made in cases of emergencies at the sole discretion of Maxime Training Company.

3. Attendance & Tardiness

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to warm up and prepare.

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session may be shortened or canceled without refund.

  • No-shows will still be expected to pay the full session fee.

4. Health & Safety

  • Clients are responsible for disclosing any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations before training begins.

  • All participants must be physically cleared by a healthcare provider to engage in physical activity.

  • Maxime Training Company is not liable for injuries sustained during training.

5. Code of Conduct

  • Respect is expected at all times—toward the trainer, gym staff, and fellow members.

  • Disruptive behavior will result in immediate dismissal.

  • Proper training attire and basketball shoes are required.

6. Training Location

  • All sessions are held at VASA Fitness – Sandy, UT.

  • Maxime Training Company will provide guest passes for athletes free of charge.

7. Liability Waiver

  • Participation acknowledges the risks associated with physical training.

  • Clients agree to hold Maxime Training Company harmless from any injury or loss that may occur during sessions.

8. Media Consent

  • We occasionally take photos or videos for promotional use.

  • Clients who do not wish to appear in media must notify us in writing before their session.
